Katia Gallego processes common personal data on hardcopy or digital media exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and performing all services you required through this website by filling out the relevant form in order to receive information concerning your Projects and publications.

• METHODS: Data shall be processed on hardcopy or electronic media according to organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes and, anyway, able to ensure the integrity and confidentiality as regards organizational and logistic measures envisaged by the regulations in force.
• PURPOSE: Data shall be processed exclusively in order to carry out and to meet your requests sent by filling out the Form.

COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA: Data may be disclosed: 1) to third companies which manage the software – all subjects being required to comply with the regulations in force 2) to the companies involved in the organization of events on behalf of the Controller.

Your rights

You may receive confirmation of the existence of data (and have notice thereof); of the origin of personal data; of the processing purposes and methods; of the logic applied to the processing with electronic tools; of the identification data of the controller and processors, of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be notified; you may also:

• obtain access, updating, rectification or completion of the data; erasure, correction; anonymization or blocking of the data unlawfully processed and communication of these operations to recipients to whom the data has been notified or disclosed, as long as possible or provided that it implies no disproportionate means; you may ask for data restriction as well as you may object to the processing of personal data for lawful grounds and even only in part,
• you may also ask to be forgotten, to withdraw the consent and you also have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority.

RETENTION PERIOD: data shall be retained for 5 years.
